Founded by Jadah, Knot Culture by J passionately cares for natural hair with heat-free, healthy styling designed for kinky, coily, and thick textures while serving clean, sleek look with upscale energy. KNOT Culture by J is a San Diego–based hairstyling and beauty brand specializing in heat-free, GENTLE styling for natural hair textures (2C–4C). The business serves women, men, and children with an emphasis on hair health, efficiency, and elevated client experience. Beyond services, the business is expanding into product innovation with the development of a proprietary hairstyling tool designed to improve efficiency and ergonomics when styling long hair. This product will support both direct-to-consumer and professional hairstylist markets through e-commerce.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to book an appointment ($20 adults/ $10 kids). Deposit goes toward service total. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Jadah Walters at (619) 828-3083 as soon as possible to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48hrs in advance. Late cancellations or reschedules result in loss of the deposit. No shows are required to pay in full prior to rebooking. A 15min grace period is given. After grace period ends, a $20 late fee applies, no exceptions. If more than 30min late, the appointment may be canceled without refund.
